全因HBO讓主角Jack和Ennis陪我安渡好幾個失眠晚上...
已經看過五六次了!

近日走到Amazon逛逛,發現了這本1998年Paperback初版,

<<斷背山>> Annie Proulx

小小說, 58頁

一篇很短的故事

講述因背景和社會壓力無法結合的同志,

在1960年代開始,在懷俄明發生長達二十年的愛情故事.

看完電影再看原版小說, 奇怪地感覺是就新鮮
Annie Proulx的Brokeback Mountain,很簡單的愛情故事,

事情發生了就發生了,不會轉彎抹角,結果永不改變,

是直接,是殘酷,反應就是現實,很逼真,

和電影不同的是,這段愛更為震撼.

這本書有好幾個版本,

有李安為了突顯主角的愛而增加了兩個妻子的角色,

從女性角度去看這段愛情;

還有斷背山中的劇本對白全集;

最後便是沒有李安,沒有Heath Ledger,沒有Jake Gyllenhaal,

原汁原味的Brokeback Mountain.

98年的Paperback在網上已被炒賣至最高US$195.
